Was forced to join direct path when I first moved into my apartment complex. They have hands down the worst internet service I have ever had.
Constant disconnects, slow speeds (despite paying for the highest speed available), and customer service is a complete joke. They transfer you out to a call center in the Philippines, who are not only incompetent, but rude.
In a most recent event, the internet goes down on a Saturday, I call and try to figure out how long it will be out, they tell me 2-12 hours. 12 hours later, I call back and they tell me that it will be another 2-12 hours. Call back on Monday (I do a lot of work from home), they tell me they have no idea when it will be back up.
Avoid this company at all costs
