My apartment does not allow any other provider except DirectPath so i had no option but stuck in this shit hole and useless good for nothing ISP DirectPath. They promise 3Mbps but you get is 0.08kbps so i call the support in Phillipines and those people on the otherside of the world dont have a clue what is happening, but as usual play the same old trick troubleshooting which we already do and say we'll send a tech to fix ur internet. So we wait for the tech weekdays but no one visits the home, so again we call to check what had happened they say Tech already fixed somthing and left a note all done. But nothing works, I still cant believe DirectPath is still in business after all these complaints from customers, it is the most useless ISP i have ever seen, and i wish they go out of business very soon.
