I had cable installed5 days ago and the tech has been out 3 times and I still have constant outages, you call and get a person who really doesn't speak English, if there was ANY other service available in my apartment complex I would have changed already. Since they installed it, I have had numerous ouytages and when I called they wanted $65 to come out when I already paid an installation charge, how does a company stay in business with this horrible service and even worse customer service. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move to another complext with AT&T or any other cable company.
