I was FORCED into using Directpath by my apartment complex here in Union City, Ga. My nightmare immediately after I began when I began using their internet service. The internet was totally down for weeks and after calling into the incompetents that they outsource through I was constantly given the run around but mysteriously billed without hesitation. I had to take off work sometimes twice in 1 week waiting for a repair tech to only be told that my pc was the problem. However, after having my pc checked there was no problem and the internet was hooked to it and worked fine at the repair shop. I even had a tech come out once and use profanity while speaking with me. Finally I called and requested to have the service cancelled because I being billed for service that didn't work and after constantly requesting adjustments and escalations I was still given no assistance. The service was cancelled and I thought my problems were over! As I stated my apartment complex only uses directpath so here again my nightmare begins! I pay my initial satellite receiver through my complex and my other receivers and add ons through directv. Now I am having a repair issue and directv is sending me to directpath for a tech visit! When I call directpath they keep telling me I have no account even though I pay 35.00 additional per month in addition to my rent for their service. My next call is to the news stations as I have had no cable for over a week and get the run around on who can repair or even cancel my account!
