This company is terrible! I have paid for services and neither cable or internet is even connected. They told me to pay this and that and service would be restored but nope! My bank statement shows I've paid every little charge they want to give me, but no service! Every time I call the company is outsourced to India and no one wants to help! They are rude and don't care about the customer at all! Unfortunately I am locked into the company as long as I live in my apartments. They have pissed me off enough to cause me not to resign my lease. DirectTV and CEO Bill Dodd of DirectPath you should be ashamed to be associated with such a dishonest company as this one!
