On Monday, January 2, the battery within the advantages of my AT&T UVerse device failed, creating my Television, web, and house telephone to venture out. We named customer support, who informed us that the fresh battery could be shipped by 5:00 P.M. On Thursday, January 4.
While no battery came, we named customer support again on January 5. They informed us that, du to "Popular, " they might not provide a battery, alternative device or else get us ANY support until January 24 or after. My spouse invested over an hour or so about the telephone with AT&T UVerse customer support, talking with a boss, but all-they might reveal was they were "sorry."
We've terminated AT&T and removed back again to Rental Cable, that will be really $20 monthly cheaper and it has twice the Web rate. I am considering shifting my six cell phone numbers from AT&T, as their cellular support continues to be missing aswell. I really hope they determine their customer support problems quickly or AT&T may shed a large number of clients rapidly!
