We've been looking to get UVERSE mounted since 1/6/10. On 1/6 the interior specialist was to exhibit between 9 11AM and didn't display until 5:35PM and was defeated in setting it up to function. He named in a solution and stated that UVERSE could be out on 1/7/10 to repair the bond. Never Occur, No-Call, Nothing! I called NO SUPPORT at 5:11PM and after being about the telephone for half an hour, they stated a brand new visit is placed for 1/26/10. I mentioned it had been unaccepable and he (Ron) explained that's the way in which it's! I requested to possess my DSL with ATT again and after being on-hold such a long time, my cordless phone went LIFELESS plus they didn't contact me when they'd my mobile phone! On 1/8/10 a technician showed up at our door and realized that he had to go to the box down the street to switch it back to DSL and then I finally had internet back on 1/8/10. January 27, Cory, some other specialist from UVERSE comes and claims he's the UVERSE collections examined and operating and turned off the DSL to UVERSE hence no web connection. Corey mentioned that UVERSE inner specialist could be out that same-day to create the UVERSE up. UVERSE never called us. We named UVERSE at 7:11PM and talked to John in Illinois who guaranteed the specialist could be at out house on 1/27/10 between 9 11AM. NO-SHOW again, NO-CALL from UVERSE again! We named UVERSE customer support (HA) at 11:10AM and talked to John and stated there is a service problem (which was the problem on 1/7/10) and that he might obtain a boss to contact us back ASAP. NO CALL-BACK again! January 28/10 we talked to Gem at 3:45PM and also the mount day transformed to some ridiculous 2/8/10 and that the boss might contact us. NO-CALL AGAIN!
