AT&T Uverse
Customer Service Issues - Billing and Tech Support

I have been having ridiculous trouble getting customer support for AT&T Uverse. The website is terrible - impossible to find a number or email address for 24/7 support. Billing support requires one to go through set office hours. Telephone operatiors are heavily scripted and not genuinely interested in customer concerns. Planning to disconnect my services, Cell, iPad, UVerse internet, etc. Unacceptable
