We named AT&T on October 24 to setup U Verse support within our new home. They stated they might not put up an installment day before November 18! While pressed to get a faster day they recommended we contact every day because they get cancellations 'constantly'. Dissatisfied but decided to test the service-we waited. We named every single day as recommended, waited to talk to a repetition, required an early on appt, and not could easily get an early on day.

On Nov 18, your day of installment, my spouse requires your day off-work to hold back throughout the given screen of appearance (11-1).
