Three months before, I named AT&T u verse to maneuver my support from my condo to my new home. An installment day of July 30th was put up and that I was informed they'd be below between 1-3 within the morning.By five within the morning they'd not found up and that I named the client support range. Two hours later, I had been still on-hold. I had been ultimately informed that there is anb inner problem on the finish that had result in a difficulty with my purchase which I'd get a phone the following day having an update. The following day, no-call, and so I named them back that day. After another time 5 about the telephone, they nevertheless hadn't created any progress apart from to "advance" my purchase. I had been informed, again, they woujld contact me 24 hours later by having an update. Nothing. I gave it an escape within the Next of September weekend and named them again on Wednesday and invested another two hours about the telephone to become informed that they're focusing on it and somebody might contact me 24 hours later. Thursday? You got it... No-call. I've invested an overall total of 7 5 hours about the telephone simply attempting to transfer my current support to my new house. I'm at my wits end. Any recommendations?
