I named AT & T early this season when I desired to change from Comcast to AT&T u verse.

AT&T explained that used to do not need uverse in my own area and questioned me to change to DIRECTV until I've uverse in my own region.

I had been specifically informed that I've no contractual responsibilities with DIRECTV and that I may change to u verse the moment it obtainable in my region.

Uverse has become accessible and that I changed to AT&T uverse and named DIRECTV to stop my support. I had been informed by DIRECTV that you will see a termination costs of countless bucks!

Although I didn't possess a "agreement" I've dedication together, thus the cost.

This reasoning seems truly absurd in my experience.
