I attempted to make a purchase on 11/13, for some reason they could not run my card. I then went in and placed a 2nd order with a new card which went through fine. I then got notification today that they re-processed the 1st payment (it did not state in the email letting me know the payment went through that they would do this, it just said to call them) So, now I have a double charge. Called to have it reversed and was told it would take 7-10 to process.
Then I have been getting calls from an 866# all day. I call it back and it's getsalonexpress.com calling saying that I was added to this " special customer appreciation program" and they will charge my card should I not call them and cancel the offers they sent with my order! It does not say this anywhere on their website. The operator was very rude as well. Why should I have to call and cancel something I never agreed to, or wanted in the 1st place? I will NEVER do business with them again!
