Suddenlink Cable/Web may be the toughest support I've ever seen. It's out or no longer working properly constantly. This past year I'd to call-in 63 occasions due to interruption and issues. Web rate isn't as advertised. HD cable is having issues all them time. Now I've no wire or web which is really a common issue. Never get credit for that failures, but usually request and am informed I'll get credit but up to now haven't observed 1 cent of credit. I'd never recomend the corporation to anyone. The simply do not have a on which they're doing. Cox please return or anyone who will provide support.
