Ideal provided me in March a option when I activated towards the "Gold Bundle" including Showtime, Encore, and Starz I'd get a $50 refund after six months. Nicely following the 6 months approved I contact Ideal to check into my refund and was informed there is no report of it on document and that I was s*it from fortune.

Today again I've been tricked by them. They provided me "Silver Bundle" which inclues HBO, Cinamax, and also the Film Route for one more $20 per month. Well I received my statement yesterday and in the place of it rising one more $20 it more then doubled. Last weeks bill was $114 which month is just a massive $280. I suppose we will consume less this month to maintain the wire company running a business. After I named to fix the issue I had been again informed there is no report of any marketing.

Therefore The bottomline is the fact that whichever customer support lets you know about the telephone is susceptible to the things they really jot down.

They can't be respected and hopefully sometime is likely to be prosecuted due to their illegal business methods.
