I'm completely offended by Ideal. Like everyone I had been with Bresnan. I had a need to put in a phone-line to my support so that they needed to change me Ideal. The pleasant sales affiliate described that I'd have to alter the funnel bundle that I presently had since Ideal didn't possess the same deals. No major package, right? I registered to get a fresh station selection which was a few bucks cheaper than my present bundle and additional telephone support. It was all heading ONLY expense me $13.00 more per month on my payment. The sales affiliate guaranteed me that there have been no hidden costs, deploy fees for that phone-line or something of the type. The purchase affiliate cited the recent addition for the support might provide my payment to about $130.00 whole with taxes and costs. I normally decided. A couple of days later the support man turns up also it requires him 3 ½ HOURS to set up the brand new support since he was on-hold with Ideal awaiting customer support to assist him! HAHAH! Number 1 – the sales affiliates have to WARNING people concerning the “charges” they're likely to observe on the statement which are totally phony and become ready to spend equally Bresnan AND Ideal for a minumum of one month and also the Ideal expenses another month ahead of time which means you will have to spend that aswell. I've been an extended position Bresnan client and that I am ashamed in the degree of support they're today “providing”.
