Programming Tiers

I am a SuddenLink Cable Television client in Victoria Texas.in regards to a month before SuddenLink "improved" their community to supply more HD channels.included in this "update" the figures for many of the stations were reassigned. Unfortunatly, their seemingly have been an accidental sideaffect. All the stations within the Electronic Family Collection today appear as "Not Approved". This really is anything within the vary from 301-388 (except 311-316 that are specified because the Electronic Family/Finding Collection... These continue to be operating). Additionally, the HD stations (415-472) are also Not Approved. From others I Have talked for this problem appears to influence the whole Victoria service area. I have named your Customer Support and described the problem for them... Your "Collection 3" help specialists state that it'snot feasible to obtain Electronic Family/Finding Collection and never obtain the Electronic Family Collection... All of your broker (who stated she was obtaining a large amount of grievances out of this region) might do was pointlessly delivered a technology to my house per week 5 later (just about simply slowing for period as the development problem may ideally be solved). The technology clearly couldnot repair the problem because it is actually a programing/collection account issue but he did appear to be conscious of it and also the proven fact that clients were defeating him up for anything he couldnot repair (btw, he was excellent, ethical and apologetic). Obviously, my solution was shut without any further activity. Listed here is the purpose of my concept... It's been happening to get a month... Customer support/"collection 3" assistance do not appear to think it is possible so that they are not starting seats precisely... Your visitors are leaving... This will be considered a easy progreamming problem... Your visitors are leaving... I actually donot believe this issue has been resolved.

BTW - most of the stations within the Electronic Family Collection have not worked in decades including DIY and many others but people quit confirming it.

I really donot understand who's responsible for the development "Collection" of this type however, you may want to provide them with a "heads-up" (or fire them for mess).
