I've had only trouble together. They originally closed me-up having a free DVR present. They delivered mean inexperienced technology to set up the support. He did only complain about operating and advised me he had a need to proceed fulfill his partner to get a show. He didn't set the support up properly and quit two devices unconnected and resting on the ground. I'd to complete configuring it myself. I named to obtain my free DVR since he didn't abandon one plus they stated it'd charge $200. So much for that free supply. The termination charge was so high that I simply held the support. I'd horrible support to 16 weeks after which the machine transpired.invested an hour or so about the telephone with many technicians who could not repair it and stated I desired support phone. I settled anyone to be-at my home for that planned 12-5 service visit. No body arrived or named during these hours. The technology named me at 7 pm and questioned if he must still come by. I indicated my discomfort. He explained I really could contact their mail plus they might deliver somebody at my specific period. I expected for 1 pm plus they planned the visit. I'd my individual there again but no technology turned up. At 445 i obtained a phone stating he'd be another several hours. I'm ashamed and named to stop my support. It'll currently charge me $140 plus $15 per recipient simply to clear myself of the terrible experience. Watch out for performing any company together.
