Kitchenaid suggested we contact A&E Fix 1 800-771-3029 for support. I named, they planned me for support on 7/21 between 1pm and 5pm. I got 1/2 each day off-work, outstanding. I lay here awaiting them showing up. I named right before 4 - they stated the technology might contact before arriving around and could be hereby 5. I named at 5:17 and was informed they'd deliver a note towards the technology. I called again at 5:46pm and was informed that there is no technology accessible, and that I could be rescheduled. I questioned how that would be, as half an hour before these were delivering a note towards the technology. After I questioned what period the notice was stating the technology wasn't accessible, I had been informed 5:17pm. I HAD BEEN TO THE PHONE TOGETHER IN THOSE DAYS!!! They rescheduled me for 7/30, and stated they'd place an email that I had been to not be rescheduled. Don't use the corporation!!!
