In April 09 my DVR radio went, I'd a great HD radio which was mounted with my program in January 09. The only path to get hold of them is one 800-number which requires atleast 15 or 20 minute of planning thru there automatic program whether it pertains to your condition or not. One-hand doesn't actually understand what another does. Nevertheless not mounted and also the next CS individual explained he couldn't deliver me a container to deliver incorrect rec back of course if used to do not deliver it back ultimately I'd be billed, INSANE. I've sent emails and obtain a pleasant mail thanks for calling Direct TV no aid never below again after 3 emails. I'm under a deal and so I cannot do anything-but endure this till I will get free from this agreement and move elsewhere for wire. I still possess the incorrect recipient also it stays to become observed easily can get to come back it but when they attempt to cost me for this it's likely to be poor. It was almost all their screw up and that I must get free wire for atleast per month for the difficulty and all-they keep saying is I'm Sorry you've had this issue.
