I thought I had been performing the best point by unplugging the dvr throughout a thunderstorm. Following the surprise i blocked the dvr in also it wouldn't seriously. I named customer support and was informed they'd deliver another dvr in 2-5 times, but that will charge me the delivery and handling charge (just 19.99). Why am i being billed for attempting to guard their euipment? I also described that another dvr in the home wasn't operating right and that I needed to reset it numerous occasions and also the reaction was "that occurs occasionally, contact them when it'll not reset. Why, and so I could be charged another delivery and handling charge! I've been a faithful client of directv for 5 years and that I am getting fed up with the run around and extra costs. I applied to suggest the corporation although not any more. I also requested because I had been likely to be without support for nowadays might my statement be prorated and that I may abandon that your decision to speculate the clear answer (NO MEANS)
