In all my many years I have never had issues like I do with Windstream and before the take over Nuvox. Our 3 business are at their mercy because we are contracted. I manage three healthcare related businesses and during building them, we were held up opening because of installation delays, we have had billing issues and excessive downtime both voice and data.
Customer service is awful on top of all that. Can't wait to be out of contracts
