I saw a TV promtional ad for Smoke Assist for $9.95 plus S&H. I got my product but they charged my credt card $118.08! I sent it back with all the papers in the same envelope with a tracking #CX299 953 646 CAon Feb. 3/11. I asked for a total refund. They are returning $115.40 but with a $83.90 due. I got e-mail on Mar 14/11 total due $199.30 total cr $115.40 and $83.90 due.
