During January I'd an issue with my DSTV Consideration. After signing a complint on this website I had been approached with a Customer Support Rep. Of DSTV (Liesel Daniels) who assured me that my problem is likely to be sorted out. She's not however till day fixed out my issue. I get disconnected every 14 daysapproximately and that I need to call-in experiencing expeses on my telephone bill at my price to maintain detailing the problem to DSTV and get reconnected. The Thing Is still not categorized and that I need to maintain detailing EXACTLY THE SAME issues again and again again without placing the issue to sleep.
I'm absolutely mad!!!
