Began an advertising plan in July to get a 6-month period. I'd wanted OC location only. Within the amount of the six months, PPS didn't obtain 1 telephone call in the OC area, all originated from Partial Pit, and LA area-which we don't support that area. Our account salesperson Mark Walker individual informed us he might watch on our consideration and make changes on the way. I approached him detailing that which was happening using the region issue, and he explained he was viewing my consideration, and have been making changes, it was in August. I never received any extra emails or any conversation from him till I contact him again in January. During this time period I just obtain OC telephone calls from clients which were already-established with this organization. (I've evidence people this with a listing of calls we'd obtained through the 6 mo. Support). It was a vintage baitandswitch! While he ultimately replied to my mail, I had been informed my consideration was transferred to Jennifer Bell, that we was never informed of the change, or had she approached me through the 6 mo. Time. She did draw my reviews, and explained easily desired to stop this agreement that's would need to maintain publishing, that we did instantly. After I voice all my grievances, they stated they'd not return the 6000.00, but might assist me out having a new agreement, but I'd have to signal one more six months.
I obviously wouldn't decide an new agreement. I've now dropped the 6000.00, with not just one new work from all of the marketing by AT&t, they conducted the traditional LURE & CHANGE, and by confirming this on every website I will, I really hope this may assist with anybody attempting to come to a decision on marketing with AT&T which now's YP Link.
