Lousy billing and customer service

I registered with Amplifier'd Cellular on the web and purchased 2 telephones. The telephones are good being that they are Motorola. Our issue started after I attempted to create a cost via the web site. I owed 85.17 per telephone, I settled that quantity in individual purchases. After I got my declaration the cost was joined 4 instances in the place of 2. I mentioned okay simply credit my next statement. Anyhow which was in march, today it's May and that I am still looking to get the cash that I settled to become acknowledged to my bill! I named a week ago the individual stated not a problem we shall deliver a fixed statement. I woke up recently and my support was disconnected! I named recently, they stated I'd to show the cost was created, and so I sent a duplicate of my declaration demonstrating that I'd settled them 340.00. They stated not a problem and reconnected my support, encouraging to email me a fixed declaration. I awaken today and my telephone is disconnected again, I named (another 2 hours) plus they inform me to pay for the total amount and they'll recover the support like recently never occurred, and also the cash continues to be not acknowledged to my bill. Today my next thing would be to visit the BBB and also the Illinois department. Of commerce. It's something to possess awful support.
