Fraudulent use of account assisted by Multichoice

I came across Multichoise getting cash out-of my consideration after I have not had any support from their store in 4 years. I named simply to talk to Ouphile within the call-centre who recommended I'd reinstated my consideration in March. I told him I'venot existed in Southafrica for 4 decades with no longer possess the home the support is authorized to. He kept saying I named to reconnect, the more I stated I did not. I told him to remove with instant impact and that I need this researched since just how can somebody simply reconnect providers in my own title, costs to my South African banking account after I have all my own facts with me internationally. The support wasn't disconnected, the problem not researched as my cousin in Southafrica obtained a phone from the multichoice workplace and also the culprit, to ask why he can't reconnect providers? Therefore Multichoice offered the person who took my identification my telephone number aswell and informed him to telephone and have why he can't reconnect. I still have experienced no reaction from their store plus they proceed to screw up. They don't think I'm no further in South Africa and somebody has taken my identification and applied it to reconnect a classic bill at my cost.
