Hi to it may concern

My name is Radames Alfonso and from the first day I had a direcpath come out to install internet service in my house and all I had is problems the first day I had my wife stay home from work and had a service teak come to the house to install internet service and I had my wife call me upset and crying and the teak from direcpath had told my wife she had to paid in cash for the installation and modem and also to tune on the computer to test it and wend my wife said no he began to kit around thing inside of my home I went home and by the time I and the cops got to the house he saw gone I saw going to have him remove from my house. I had Ron from customer service call and a was every sorry for the miss understanding and had some at night come over and install the modem. And after the second install came out to the house the service teak call Ron from customer service and got me on the phone and told me there was no charger for the installation and modem and on the first bill I was charge for the installation and modem plus 2 mount of internet service. And I call the first mount and x plane the problem and all over to customer service and I was told they would look into it and my next mount bill came for the same.in have call over and over for last 3 mount and all I get is we are looking into the problem and I call dire path and last time I was left on hold for 28min. I had is problem after problem and I would thing after 16 time I have call some would I help me but ON. I had my service tune off and paid my bill no time I don’t have any pass bill and wend I call on 12/19/09 I was left for 41.32 min on hold and after the 41 min I was told to call back on Monday that there was no one there that could help at is time and all I got for 42 min was a run a round and I have never seen a worst customer service in my lift and now I have service and if I don’t paid the modem and installation direcpath will not tune my service on. I need some help, can some help me
