Original Diet Patch is a rip off... BEWARE! I originally ordered a sample diet patch off line. I waited and waited and after three weeks never recieved anything via mail. That next week I recieved my bank statement which stated that 166.95 had been drafted out of my account by the above company. I then called the company and told them what happened and that I would like to at least try the product before I paid that amount of money. The lady then told me she would send me a sample. I agreed to those terms... I never recieved a sample... Ever!
In a few days I recieved what appeared to be 90 days worth of patches and a reciept for the amount that had been drafted out of my acct. I then again tried to contact the company, the phone was only a recording that told me that my only option was emailing to "[email protected]. At this point I did e-mail them stating again what had happened and that I would be returning the patches via ups, which I did. I recieved back an e-mail stating that my request for refund was being processed with a refund number which I have saved.
It is now Septmeber and have never ecieved anything. Today I tried to contact this comany again only to have my e-mails returned stating this email address does not exsist any longer. I also tried the number again only to be told that the number has been disconnected. I also have had the package that i sent back tracked and It was recieved.
