Leapfrog/comcast services

I bought comcast providers through Leapfrog simply because they provided $300 in discounts if we bought all 3 comcast providers (web, telephone and cable television) in Nov. Or Dec. 2009. We've never acquired some of these discounts from Leapfrog and Comcast continues to be incapable or reluctant to follow-up with Leapfrog on our account. Today, Comcast says they've no report of who signed us up.
