Offerwire has declined a legitimate request a refund on the Comcast d link Cable-Modem and Wireless modem. The Comcast Highspeed Websites and gear was bought thru Offerwire on October 30. All needs to get the discounts were satisfied as needed by Offerwire. I'm a Comcast cable customer and also have been for nearly 8 years. Offerwire declined the discounts centered on an unacceptable presumption that my house is within an unacceptable area. I'm a Comcast customer and Comcast has wire providers to my house. I'm not within an unacceptable area.
I'm frustrated with Offerwire since they're very hard to make contact with to solve the problems. Next, I've requested the Washington State Attorney General to assist solve the refund problem. Sadly, Offerwire won't react to them both.
Please help me obtain the discounts that I deserve from Offerwire. I've discovered a training. That's never purchasing a solution of support that entails discounts.
