Leapfrog Enterprises "system error" of leapfrog Emeryville

I received an email from Leapfrog on June 27 informing me that they will charged $6.21 to my card. They said due to system error, my credit card was not charged correct tax for the item I ordered late last year, I just ordered pentop computer on February how come they said I ordered it last year? I emailed them back and asked them why they charged me for that system error later than february.

I didn't receive an answer from leapfrog. I just saw yesterday that $6.21 reflects to my account, I know it's a small amount but now a days every penny counts. I filed a complaint to BBB.org the day I received email from Leapfrog but no response yet. I'm thinking how many people will be charged with this "system error" of leapfrog.

I've learned my lesson, I will not buy gift from leapfrog again.
