Inside an hour of putting an internet purchase with Leapfrog I recognized my boy had previously bought among the 5 products I'd requested. I named to stop the main one product and was informed that since the purchase was in procedure I really could not alter my purchase though it hadn't been delivered. The boss I talked with at Leapfrog is Reha worker number 942. She stated since the purchase was in procedure it might NOT be transformed and that I would need to delay to get them, get an RMA # then deliver the item back. That is inadequate customer relationships. I've never had a web-based therefore reluctant to work well with me on SOMETHING! CUSTOMER WATCH OUT FOR LEAPFROG online purchases!!!
