I've approached Comcast 'customer support' 4 occasions via phone and when through their on line conversation program to resolve this payment problem without any success. My loved ones was without wire/web providers for 15 times following Storm Ike. For this day, Comcast has acknowledged our take into account roughly 4 times and Comcast is declining further credit.
