DirectTV has got the toughest customer support in the market. You receive another solution from each repetition and since you have to call-in so much. You usually obtain a diverse repetition WITH NO ONE obviously places records about the consideration or they don't read them. I've requested on several event to get a supervisor to phone back. It hasn't occurred. The repetitions come accross as unhappy and mistreated individuals who dislike their careers...
