I recently approached DirecTV to stop my membership. I bought it via a Verizon pack and was informed it had been a-one year contract. I currently have to spend an earlier termination charge of $200. The customer support supervisor HUNG-UP on me after she was excessively rude and that I advised her that I had been the Client. I subsequently published towards the Workplace of the Leader and obtained a phone today also it appears they donot care possibly how their customer support treats their customers.
