AT&T wire company is horrible. Whenever you call-in for aid or even to record a problem it requires fifteen minutes to obtain through the automatic program and another half an hour to obtain the custumer support representative to identify that there's an issue. I've had my container changed three times within the 12 months I Have had the support. The container may freeze. Everytime I talk to a custumer support representative they declare what you would like to listen to to obtain you off the telephone, they'll guarantee you changes for the issues but-don't get it done and do not notate it inside your consideration. When you call-back there's no report of that which was provided and also you should clarify the problem to every individual you talk to (VERY ANNOYING). There must be a to consider custumer grievances NOT REALLY A SITE. Like a custumer you are able to inform that you're yet another quantity for them no individual sympathy whatsoever. I've had numerous wire providers and undoubtedly AT&T may be the worst. Wouldn't recomend AT&T to anyone.
