My partner and that I have already been clients of H&R Block for 5 years now. We file collectively, therefore clearly they've both of our private information on document. Or you'd believe!!! Everytime I call-in to consult with a person support representative on errors on my card, (WHICH ALWAYS OCCURS) they inform me they can't talk to me since I'm not shown about the card. My spouse has required often that I be put into the consideration, and tells them he shouldn't need to include me because we document collectively. The client support representatives simply inform my spouse they have NO REPORT of him filing jointly. WHAT??? Truly??? This can be a couple of bull. How do you get these folks to obtain their eggs in one single container. Our paycheck check continues this card each month and that I can't actually call-in to obtain any info. I'm about completed with these folks!!!
