I've been quite a long time 7 year client of time-warner service, I've always liked their roadrunner web service, nowadays I'd a scheduled appointment together to deliver a specialist out between 8-10 am, the man never confirmed, and so I named at 10:30 am PLUS THEY GAVE THE GUY THE INCORRECT TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL ME AT, I RESIDE IN A BUILDING, THEREFORE WE PUT UP AN APPT. FOR 3-5 PM SAME-DAY, THEREFORE 5:30 PM ARRIVED AROUND STILL A NO-SHOW, I CONTACT AND SPEAK WITH STILL ANOTHER "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" REPETITION.in ORDER FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY GAVE THE GUY THE INCORRECT TELEPHONE NUMBER AGAIN!!! Their recommendation to changing out the device was for me personally to hold back one more 3-4 hours for that man to obtain below. I requested to talk to a manager, go figure I had been on-hold for another 10 moments nevertheless no manager, I called back I requested then easily might simply return the device to 1 of the practices... And trade it... No they cant do it. And so I am an extremely disappointed client they don't worry about you or your own time. Do yourself a benefit OPT FOR WOW!!! OR PERHAPS A Organization that cares!!!
