That's right, I'm a Time Warner customer, yet a charge for over $200 appeared on my credit card statement. Direct TV sales had no record of me and gave me the # of their fraud dept, which also had no record. Result, they have no way of refunding $ as they have no way of confirming account #.
Hello, I never had account and called regarding fraudulent charges. Amazing how companies can charge at will with no recourse.
