I called Directtv 800 # to get installation Installer failed to show up 2 times-Cancelled I had toi set up for auto pay from my Bank& WELLS FARGO
When I saw the charge I
called Directv - they told me they had NO RECORD of the charge-I informaed them and sent acopy of the Charge with their Phone Number on it.
I called Wells Farge - They reversed the charge
A few MOnths later I looked at my statement - Wells Fargo had reversed and gave the ORIGINAL Charge but added the months since the revderse to me.
I called and sent Proof to Directv-I called to follow up andf they claimed to have NO RECORD of it. 4 iterations of this and Finally A DIRECTTV REP agreed the charge was wrong
BUT by this time the charges was $100. Xx per month for 11 months the directtv rep informed they could only return 1/2 of it
since i had not reported it&see above they were lying
