Directtv charged me $460. Cancellation fee after being with them for years, this was
six months ago. Since then they sent me a statement saying the charges have been reversed, in fact they did this three separate times saying each time it would
take six weeks, each time within a few days they would reverse the charge without notifying me. The supervisor refused to talk to me when i called. This money
was charged to my credit card with out my knowledge or consent after my
account was already closed.
