Apon getting into my home I decided I Would try Directv. Therefore After planning online and viewing there free dvr update free of charge I registered online selected everything I needed and as a result of deposit I'd to actually contact them. 200 money deposit with is okay long when I have it back... We will notice. Once I named them my setup day was for that 20th of Nov. The Technology man arrives with 2 normal devices no dvris. He explained simply phone directv and allow them understand and they'll deliver one-out also exchange. (almost no time period provided) It's today the 4th of Dec and my 2nd recipient went poor within the room yesterday (not really 14 days) after not really viewing it 2 hours because the 20th. Thought todayis the full time to contact them-and obtain the free dvr I had been designed to get. After speaking with them 3 differing times I had been educated that since I have did not contact that evening that I'd to pay for an additional 100 bucks for that dvr. After talking with 1 dropped repetition, 1 unaware rep who simply was there to cost me costs, plus one which in fact attempted to assist me i requested to get a boss. Got the work round with that and was on-hold forever. Was told i rejected the dvr device and so I stated why might i decrease a totally free dvr device this is exactly why I acquired support with y'all??? Long story short... Its difficult in order for them to alter a normal recipient having a dvr radio since i did not call that evening... And there computers are not put up to achieve that... What occurred within the evening when somebody admits to there errors and does whatever it requires to create a client pleased and happy? I've to come back the bad receiver that required a garbage after 2 hrs of viewing and there shipping me exactly the same bad type when i initially was said to be a dvr device. Would not suggest anybody use directv there simply there to gather a dollar anyway they are able to and today Iam caught in a deal for just two decades after only 10 times of support Iam totally disappointed!!!
