In March of I named to make reference to a Grasp Safety Contract I'd on the 37" Television and Sears representative stated the warranty expired. I settled to truly have a specialist to judge television. Consequently, I obtained a repair notice from Sears telling me the stated Television was under Grasp Safety contract through 10/31. I then appeared through my documents and discovered the MPA.

I called to record the error and Client Options (dept.) that addresses the contracts recognized that Sears was in mistake, but wouldn't recognize the MPA since she mentioned it'd terminated!!! Yes, I understand that-but after I named on 10/31, I had been informed by Sears the MPA had terminated!!! Today, I paid $518.38 in 2006 for that contract and that I got attached by Sears!!! All I acquired presented was a $100.00 gift certificate — not really near to the MPA quantity I settled — not checking the $112.00 I settled to truly have the tecnician arrived at consider the Television in 2008 when it had been certainly under guarantee

I've been an excellent client of Sears so far. I have purchased all my appliances to get a renovated home and atleast 3 models of machine/dryers through the years, plus many tvs and grills. But no further!!! I'll never purchase another Sears item or guarantee again!!!
