Broken TV with extended warranty

We purchased a set monitor television in late November and got out the warranty. Your television smashed on April 16, and below it's 14 days later and our television continues to be not fixed or changed. Twice we've been lied to and informed the component we required was delivered to us and twice we've had fix visits put up that have been terminated and today we're informed the component is on back-order without any expected ship day. We can not obtain a alternative television before television hasbeen shattered per month using the component not being accessible. Following a month we are able to call-back and have for an agreement amount to obtain a substitute television. Truly, does anybody wish to proceed with no tv to get a month once they settled great cash for that television, plus great cash to get a guarantee??? I'll never again purchase any item from Sears or their internet Kmart...
