Poor installtion service

Wed - Specialist required 9 hours required hookup two Televisionis. He ultimately needed to contact another person directly into display him just how to get it done.

Thurs - Hidden cable department broken the fall while burying the wire. Never mentioned something just became popular.

Thurs night - Specialist returned and invested another 3 hours at my home to determine the hidden wire was broken. Stated somebody could be below Friday morning to repair.

Friday - no body confirmed.invested numerous hours about the telephone establishing a fix period for Sunday midday to 4 pm.

Saturday - no-show.

Saturday night - specialist and another deploy technology turned up at 6:30 and established wire was poor. Setup something phone to possess hidden wire in the future on Sunday morning at 8:00 am to correct.

Sunday morning - no-show again. First phone to support the reaction was they're working late. Next phone to customer support - weare unsure what period they'll come but we'll be there. Next phone to customer support - we are not displaying a solution for restoration. It was completed by boss Julius, staff number JH312V. It's today 12:30 pm and there is still not really a technology designated.

Our experience with ATT customer support may be the toughest I've actually experienced in 30 years. I've been lied also on numerous events during hours of phone conversations. Avoid AT& T Uverse by all means. Customer support installation is just a farce. I am processing using the PUC and also the Tx attorney general tomorrow.
