HORRIBLE customer service - answers

This all began Sunday morning (starting weekend of the NBA) when our wire and web went. Named AT&T and went some assessments. Couldn't repair the problem, therefore a technican found the home on Friday. On Monday, the wire and web was repaired (not from the tech (with a temperature repair outside from the various technology-which we discovered later). Arrive Wednesday, no web or wire again. Named to technology and informed him it had been out again. He explained he'd operate some ensure that you return to us or visit. Never heard something. Lastly, got about the telephone Thursday morning to protest. And that I was educated that I'd to become house so that they might operate some assessments. Ostensibly to inform them what shade the container was... Its inexperienced... Enjoy it was Sunday. But was informed which wasnot adequate. I told them I simply required a technology back out towards the home. And was educated that they'll not only send somebody out, I'd to inform them exactly what the shade was before they might send somebody out. I told them that I'd be house at 5:00 so that they might contact in those days. They named at 3:55... And needed to proceed thru customer support again. And begin over. Lastly after I came home I acquired fresh info (that AT&T was conscious of the entire period) the point was cut by our friend and AT&T continues to be out Friday and Wednesday. AT&T has had complete liability for that problem and our friend has already established his solutions repaired since Monday. I've been educated by my friend our line continues to be along since it is just a fiberoptic point. It's today Friday, and my point continues to be not mounted. I've named 3 times today and also have gotten exactly the same reaction from customer support. Somebody needs to be-at the home to ensure that them ahead out. Or AT&T must deliver an internal technology in before some other technology could be sent. Our friend is home, why do I have to be home, its in his lawn. Repair the problem. I'm totally unhappy using the method AT&T is managing this problem. This will have now been solved and set on Friday. It's totally undesirable to still don't have any web and wire for 5 times, with no solutions of when it'll be set.
