Picture quality, receiver issue

PRIMARY TV mounted the meal and gear. The DVR buzzed loudly, went constantly and got really, very warm. I wanted an upgraded. They delivered a typical recipient that we had initially requested when I didn't need the DVR. The conventional recipient worked good nevertheless I had been unable to access regional stations withit and that I was activated for nearby route entry and spending money on same. Upon my demand they delivered an specialist individual to displace the conventional device having a HDreceiver. Which was completed and today the neighborhood funnel images are part-banned, seem block and therefore are not full-screen. There's no-fix for this-they state, despite the fact that I'd full-screen images on my Television using the additional two devices, DVR and regular radio. Today they say I ought to protest to my local Television channels since PRIMARY TV includes a difficulty with-itis HD Recipient??? What's this? Did not they create their HD Recipient precisely? Or plan it correctly?
