I requested on line 1) A NORMAL DVR 2) Two receivers

The inefficient specialist needed to contact his boss since he didnot understand what he was performing, then place in a HD-DVR which fails with my Television and didnot possess the 2 devices. He explained I'd to contact again to obtain these. I named and talked to FIVE various individuals plus they all rudely explained the same: "it does not matter that it had been our error, you still need to spend ONE MORE $300 to be able to obtain the two additional devices that you simply requested before." After I attempted to describe for them how incredulously terrible customer support this was, they questioned me what customer support was, since clearly they'd not been competed in it. I boxed up the DVR and delivered it back. I really hope they take away the meal in my own garden sooner or later. Direct TV has definitely better deals than Comcast, nevertheless when their customer support brokers are likely to be such imbeciles, I WOn't use them.
