The support at Equipment Affiliates Service-Center is horrible! I'd some issue with two of my kitchen appliances. Used to do not need to contact the support facilities of these devices since I've had horrible encounters together too. And so I approached Equipment Associates. I thought they'd be useful. But I had been completely incorrect. I'd them repair a romantic date for that employees to come quickly to get the devices. They didn't come and so I called-up the organization and questioned what them that which was incorrect they stated that none of the employees were free. Therefore following day they arrived and got my devices. They explained that I'd have it in fourteen days. I waited to get a month but used to do not obtain something.
I called them up again and requested them that which was happening where are my devices. They stated it'd be delivered 24 hours later. I acquired one of these however it stopped to work in a of times and that I didn't obtain the additional one nonetheless. When I all of the customer support they're active or even the individual who requires support calls is not there. I'm fed up with them-and is going to do something to obtain my cash or my equipment back in addition to obtain the one which I acquired fixed. Used to do not purchase nothing. Awful Support!
