Offered my home and was going across town. I named Direct TV 8 weeks prior to the proceed to stop my bill. I expected for three recipient containers and so I may deliver their gear back. I just obtained one and required more containers. After I named, I had been particularly informed "you've older kind devices and you will simply recycle them, we-don't require them". Therefore, I eliminated them-and shifted into my new house. Four weeks later, I get a statement from Direct TV for $148 since I did not return the devices. I named their terrible customer support (in India) to protest but to no avail. Won't ever utilize them again. Nevertheless, I appreciate Direct TV since I actually donot have any satellite or wire support and just make use of the web and Netflix to obtain my exhibits. I could not be happier.
